Rooms are made for arrivals: blackout, good linen, a rain shower that works, fast Wi-Fi, and staff who know your itinerary because they work for the company that designed it. Four-star-plus in build, with the amenity range you would expect of a Wyndham five-star property.

The lift opens onto a private floor. A 28 m2 lounge with work desks and lockers, a meeting room for eight, a guest kitchen for the late flight and the early start. Delegations and project teams take the whole floor; long-stay guests treat it as home.

Business Tower on Chinggis Avenue in Sukhbaatar District, the centre of Ulaanbaatar. Sukhbaatar Square, the State Department Store and the main museums are a walk away.
Chinggis Khaan International Airport is south-west of the city. Allow 1 to 1.5 hours by car depending on traffic. We arrange a driver who meets you inside arrivals with a name board.
Take the lift to the 16th floor. The floor is key-card only; the team knows your name and your arrival time before you land.
